High pole light why water, and how to solve?

The causes and solutions of the water in the high pole light can be summarized as follows:

Water intake cause
Harsh climate conditions: High pole lights are usually used for outdoor lighting, and they often encounter bad weather such as high temperature and rain, low temperature rain and snow. These weather conditions can easily lead to water inside the high pole light.
Design or installation defects: If there are defects in the design or installation of the high-pole lamp, such as lax sealing and inadequate waterproof measures, it is also easy to lead to water.

Solution
Strengthen waterproof design:
The inlet hole is waterproof: ensure that the screws and nuts at the inlet and outlet cables are tightly tightened to ensure that the inlet and outlet cables are not easily pulled out, and can be fixed by using cable ties or glue.
Glass glue waterproof: there is a glass rubber ring, first in the rubber ring fixed slot or by the lamp body edge ring or by the lamp body inside a little place to play a small amount of uniform waterproof glue; If there is no glass rubber ring, apply waterproof glue directly on the diagonal edge of the glass rubber ring groove.
Cover the rubber ring to make screws waterproof: fix the rubber ring first, for the lamp body without rubber groove, the thick rubber ring, without the screw hole side to the inside first fixed; For the lamp body with a rubber groove, apply an even amount of glue around the rubber groove first, and fix the rubber ring first.
Timely maintenance:
Check the controller: Check whether the wiring end of the controller is rusted. If yes, the controller may be damaged and needs to be repaired or replaced.
Measure the battery voltage: For a 12V solar street lamp power supply system, if the battery voltage is lower than 10.8V, the battery is no longer stored and needs to be replaced.
Check the panel: Check whether there is voltage and current output when the panel is working normally. If there is no output, the panel is damaged and needs to be replaced.
Check the light source: directly supply power to the light source to see if it is lit, and replace the light source if it is not bright.
Daily maintenance:
Regularly check whether the waterproof measures of the high pole lamp are intact, and repair them in time if there is damage.
After bad weather, check whether the high pole light is flooded in time and handle it accordingly.
Through the above method, it can effectively prevent the water of the high-pole lamp and ensure its normal operation.
